How to Cancel

You can cancel your APA HomeSync subscription at any time directly from your account settings. No phone calls or forms required.

1. 1Log in to your APA HomeSync account.
2. 2Navigate to Dashboard → Settings.
3. 3Select "Subscription & Billing."
4. 4Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be billed again after cancellation.
• You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends.
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
• Your data, documents, and home profile are preserved — nothing is deleted.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law or as specifically stated by APA HomeSync.

Free Trial Cancellation

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If the trial converts to a paid subscription before cancellation, standard cancellation terms apply.

Annual Plan Cancellations

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of the annual billing period. Annual plan fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, except where required by law.
